Updates, Anyone?

The children of God have been AWOL. Yet again.

Let me digress... from the fact that i don't see Jen on a regular basis...like maybe once a week or those late nights that I get up to get a drink of water and she strolls in 1 past midnight... or I don't get to talk with my sister in the Philippines over the phone because she is in Boracay for some R&R... or from the fact that I'm out at an average of 4 nights per week...the writers have a block. And time is culprit number 1.

But with all those individual activities, we found time to 1. celebrate my sister's 25th birthday, 2. talk to my sister in the Philippines about travel plans and schedules when we get there (woohooo massage and beach, can't wait!), 3. hang out with my mom for a few minutes before she went playing her mahjong during my cousin's birthday bash, 4. kept in touch.

Jen is staying at home for 5 days due to back pains (but she is going to a concert this Saturday!). Achi is doing her events thing and busy looking for a new apartment. As for me, I'd be going on a retreat this weekend at NJ with BustedHalo.com. This time, I'm helping out with some of the retreat details like, song sheets, cds and I did listen and gave feedback to the talks that will be done over the weekend. As for Jackie, she is stuck in school, learning her ABC's like a normal 7-year old with no worries... yet!
